Maruti Swift VDi ABS
Delay to delive

I have booked swift vdi ABS on 15th oct of last year by paying 50, 000 INR to sarathy auto cars..

who is a maruti dealer in tiruvalla, kerala state.

And the promise made by them was to deliver the car on 1st week of January this year.

Till now they are not even bothered to make the delivery ..

each time I call the above mentioned maruti dealer they keep repeating that the company is not dispatching the vehicles and therefore they are not being able to make the delivery

How do I get a clear picture on the status of my vehicle.

Also, will maruti pay me interest on the booking amount of Rs.50, 000/- for delayed delivery?

Or you give me a counsel.. what to do.. should I pull out my booking and look for some other which I can avail in proper time?
