About dealer hissar automobiles

I had booked swift vdi at hissar automobiles, hissar vide reciept no 26420 dated 19/09/08.allotment no 760 swift vdi 324.by name of Indira Khurana, Sawan Public School, Sirsa.and paid full amount rs 532792/-. As the dealer had made promise to deliver by 1/10/08 but not deliever yet. Now the dealer is making excuse that he cant deliver in sirsa so give him the address of hisar. but if he had booked for sirsa why cant he deliver in sirsa. i request the company to please help us in getting our new car. we had booked whole amount . what about the interest?
