Maruti Swift VDI
Refund of Margin Money

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring following in your kind notice.

We have booked a Maruti Swift VDI through your Sales Executive Mr. Nirmal Singh on 07-03-08 in the Name of N.K. Agarwal, R/o of 275/1, Mohanpuri, Meerut. In presence of HDFC Representative Mr. Ankur (Car Loan Dept.).

We have paid a Chq. of Rs. 50000.00, Rs. 14638.00 & Rs. 15568.00 by Chq. No. 71905, 71906 & 71907 of HDFC Bank of M/s Meerut Cement Pipe Company and paid cash Rs. 1500.00 for Temp. Registration.

We have come to know that HDFC Bank Faxed the DO on 10-03-08 .

At the time of booking Mr. Nirmal Singh promised to deliver vehicle from Ext. Counter Bulandshar on 11-03-08 .

On enquiring on 11-03-08 he has promised to come down Bulandshar on 13-03-08 and take the delivery of the vehicle.

When we reached Bulandshar and enquired from your Ext. Counter & came to know that vehicle cannot be deliver as per the instruction of the GM.

We kept enquiring but could not get concrete reply from Mr. Nirmal Singh about the delivery of the vehicle. So, we have faxed a letter to Mr. Nirmal Singh to cancel our order and refund the money on 15-03-08 at 12:29 PM .

You are requested to refund the payment made to you with interest immediately in our HDFC Bank A/c No. 02852560001588 in the Name of M/s Meerut Cement Pipe Company.

We are deeply heart because of your behavior and would request you do not make false promises due to your promise we have sold our old car and suffering.

Kindly make sure to transfer payment in our account positively on 17-03-08 . Otherwise we will take legal action for your acts.
