Dear sir,

I, Jayakrishnan already wrote a letter to you about the complaint of my Maruti Swift VDI which is bought from AM Motors (pattambi branch in palakkad district, Kerala). My vehicle's tyre has been worned up completely before reaching a KM reading of 10, 000. I complained you through e mail, phone and also I told to the dwaler and they told that I have to check the body alignment from AM Motors of Malappuram branch which is a bit far from my house. I did like whatever they told and right now also they are just avoiding our complaint by telling simple excuses. I did my maximum right now and my complete patience has gone and my next step is to complaint against maruti suzuki by going to the court. So I am just waiting for 2 days (max). If you are not considering our case then I have no other option. So I hope you will respond soon.
