Servicing not done and CAR ready to be delivered

I had a rediculous experience when i gave my SWIFTVDi for second servicing in Apra Auto Service station.

The car was only washed with all the other necessary things left untouched and delivered to me. When i inquired the Advisor and GM (Mr. KESARAN) it was found that the CAR was kept untouched and nothing as for 2nd free service was done in my CAR with all my complaints kept untouched and the Bill was kept ready with all the problems done with no issues.

Last but not the least Somebody had hit my CAR in the service station and the cleber people there tried to deliver the CAR to me in the same state with scratches on itr rear left door.

I was totally amazed to see the attitude of the SO CALLED TOP APRA SERVFICE STATION IN GURGAON.

I have raised a grievance regarding the same and hope to get some action taken against the service center.
