Maruti Swift VXI
Colour stains on car cover in less than a week

I had purchased Maruti Swift VXi, Ozone blue colour (TN07 BY-1361, Allotment No: 1404-S-12306) on the 17th of November at Khivraj Motors, Mount Road, Chennai. The following week due to a downpour, I realized stains from the colour to be coated on to the car cover. I was shocked to see patches of ozone blue colour underneath the cover in less tha a week. The same day, I received a call from the customer care of Maruti for the feedback of our new car. I complained to Mr. Mukesh, who had called me from Maruti about these stains. He assured me that he would escalate this issue and callback with a respond.

But I received no call. I then contacted Maruti helpline (1-8001800180) on the23rd of November and logged a complaint (Complaint ref no: 887243). On the 24th of November, hearing no reply from Maruti, I contacted Mr. Senthilkumar, Sales Executive at Khivraj Motors, who had asked me to walk into the showroom to show the car cover.
