Maruti Swift VXI
Service related issues

Sir,

I have Maruti Swift VXI, Silky silver and I purchased this car on 4th july from true value allianz motors S.D.A. New Delhi I have already availed 2 free services from DD motors and AM automobiles respectively. I got a call from AM automobiles Wazirpur in July regarding my car's last free service and Miss Rashmi who was the representative in the same company told me that it would be good for me if I'll get my car serviced as warranty period will expire on 4th July. She also told me that I can avail the third free service any time I feel like but warranty will not be on the card. Few days before I went to AM automobiles for the last free service and they shook their hands off the case saying it cannot be done and Miss Rashmi was no longer the employee of the same company.

Its been more than 10 yrs I'm with maruti and have never faced such kind of problem before and I hope for a sooner and positive reply from your side A.S.A.P.
