Maruti Swift VXI
THROUGH CUT IN TYRE

Sir,

I have purchased Swift VXI thru C S D Hissar and taken the delivery of Vehicles from Pasco Motors Gurgaon on 26 May. Total run of vehicle till date is 1800 Kms approx. On 19 Oct I found one of the front wheel (left side) was flattened. After careful examin I found out there are three cracks (two in front and one in rear side) developed in tyre. This matter was reported to nearest dealer PREM MOTORS;GWALIOR on 25 Oct 09 where they gave me a letter comfirming the cracks and asked me to contact local JK Tyres Office in Hari Shankarpuram, Gwalior. Today I contacted Mr Saurabh Tiwari of the same Officer where he Suggested me to get the tyre repaired by local vender since he is not in position to accept the tyre for replacement. He then handed over me a rejection letter with future assurance that use the tyre untill a major crack devolopes. My all the request was gone in vein and Now I feel cheated by both the reputed companies MUL as well as JK TYRES. Now I dont understand what to do next, should I go in Consumer Foram or should I wait an early and Satisfactory move by JK Tyre Officials. Please guide me. Thanking you.
