Maruti Swift VXI
POOR QUALITY OF CAR

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Maruti Swift Vehicle From RNS Motors, Bangalore on 18 Feb 08. Within a period of less than two months I was stranded on the road as the vehicle stopped in between and could not be started. I some how managed to reach home with the help of 24 hours assistance provided by the Company. They did a poor temporary job of starting the vehicle with another battery, which barely enabled me to reach home well past midnight.

It is unfortunate that the product could not even run till the first free service without giving real trouble. Today I have sent the vehicle for first service and repairs to RNS Motors. Their pick up team mentioned to me that apparently there is a problem with the electrical circuit/electronic circuit and power steering They are not too sure whether they can deliver my vehicle back after repairs and service within 48 hours, leave aside 24 hours. Such poor is their response and attitude.

I am thoroughally disappointed with the product performance and the attitude.
