Complaint to MSIL replied by dealer itself

I had raised some doubts to MSIL.against PASCO, Gurgaon

AS under:-

1.Quality of Clutch., "Replaced under 40, 000km" inspite of taking utmost care.

2.Possibility of providing all services (authentic) charged for, during time used by workshop.

I was looking forward to Expert comments from Cos.engineers. To my utmost surprise-FINAL reply comes from G.M (Service) PASCO.
