Maruti Swift VXI
A/C failure

I bought the SWft VXI on 14. 4. 2008 from Vitesse, Worli. First service was carried out by Automotive, MIDC, TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai, 400706.in the month of May. Since July onwards, I am facing problem with A/C. Sometimes. there is no cooling. When you switch on A/C, at times, it comes on with cooling and other times, there is no cooling. Through out the rainy season, I had to keep the windows open and drive to avoid mist on the windscreen.

Two times, i have taken the car to Automotive but they could not diagonise the problem. As i have problem with osteoarthritic on my knees, I cannot move out of the house with out car.

Now, Automotive says they will agin look into this. They promised a replacement car. But nothing happend so far.

Can some Maruti experts advice them on the rectification?
