Nil response from service centre

The above vehicle is in the name of my sister. ten days after delivery of the abov vehicle, innova vehicle was dashed my vehicle"s right side. for that i went to my service centr ie., m.s.a.motors @ kurnool in andhra pradesh they told me that they can give back my car within ten days. but they didnt respond like that. several times i ringed for them before moving from my town which is 72 kms far. simply they asked me to come to work shop, but when i went there, i observed that the work was not started. several times happend like that. they r not responding properly every time, i suffered a lot. thats why i went for my 3 free vehicle services to Hyderabad. At Uppal one Mr. Ravi sir did very good service and his response is very very good and i impressed a lot. Becaz after receiving vehicle from the m.s.a. motors work shop, i went to Hyderaba. but i suffered a lot as the car is not going fastly and the indicator indicates the engine oil is not sufficient. when i gave the vehicle at Uppal work shop Mr, ravi and his men did their job very well. really iam very happy about their services, even after that problem also, i called several times for his services, he responded immediately and accomdated me in city area which is the nearest service centre to me though my vehicle was not purchased in their show rooms. apartfrom it i also enjoyed good services from nampally and somajiguda. several times i recevd sms from them when they conducted free chekups, but as iam 300 kms far to them, at my request they r doing services when i went there. But since the vehicle purchased from msa. motors, i hav not received either sms r call from them. It clearly shows their negligence towards their customers. So, plz take action against MSA Motors, at Kurnool for rendering poor services to the valuble customers. accidentally i seen ur website now, thats why iam giving complaint now.
