Sub: Comlaint against a surveyer

Dear Sir,

I am the proud owner of 1 SX4, 2 Esteems and 1 Zen car for my personal requirements. Recently I have suffered a major accident with my SX4 ZXI car and got in touch with a surveyer who took me for a ride and harrassed me completely for my genuine claim. I do not wish to be a victim of his tactics and would like to take the matter further. I tried to reach you several times but couldn't get through as your 1 phone remains busy and the other one does not work.
