A maruti SX4 new (URO-4) has been puchased fro your Dealer M/s Fairdeal Car Pvt Ltd. Unfortunately the officials & staff of sales of this dealer are not responding properly. Mr. Rishi Tomar was involved directly for sale and Other Officials are Mr. Manish, Mr Verma, Mr. Mahendra. The officials are not facilitaing after sales service and these people are diverting all the matters. It requested that such officers who are involved for sale and customer satisfaction may please be trained properly and they should behave properly with customers. It is also requested that a proper action against these people may kindly be taken.
