Poor Dealing by the car deale

Res Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a Maruti Sx4 on 6th Aug from Vipul Motors Gurgaon. I am very Sorry to say that the managers of the workshop have no sense to talk to a customer. I had a complaint of hard gear shifting and sometimes i was unable to put the back gear. i went to the workshop and complained for this problem thrice, but had no one to rectify or even listen to it, in fact i was replied with abusive language by the manager... i then got my car checked by an outside mechanic, and to my surprize was a very simple and silly problem... my car had only 2 lit of gear oil and that too was in a pathetic condition, have kept with me for showing to the seniors of the company... a car which is one month old had such a poor thing which is ignored by the workshop managers... HOPE SOMEONE TO LOOK THIS MAIL AND REVERT BACK...
