Maruti SZen (Diesal)
Really fed up with the services of Maruti Service Masters

I have filed a complaint earlier too but really feel sad that services of such big brand companies are like this. Above all the authorities are not ready to listen. I gave my Maruti Zen (Diesal) for service on 1st of March to Maruti Service Masters - Okhla, Delhi and since then I am suffering. My Vehicle No. is - PB10BL4977. I have paid INR 36000/- for serviceing. They have taken taken my vehicle twice for serviceing but still it has major problems. Fornt tyre of my Vehicle makes sound when turned to left or right. I have personnaly requested Mr. Chaudhry - Diorector of Maruti and informed everything but never get possitive response from him. Above all that person was not ready to listen and was so rude.

I don't understand, if this is the behaviour of Higher Authorities, what do we expect from others. This is my last and final request to please return my vehicle at least in the condition it was before servicing.
