Manufacturing Defects in the ca

My experiences in last 9 months have been far from being satisfactory. I purchased SX4 (ZXI) car that was delivered to me on March 14. The vehicle has been used only for 2400 Km and it has been serviced twice. I am having consistent problems with the vehicle. In the last 9 months it has been to the garage at least five times to attend manufacturing problems. My problems are:

a) The AC unit had a gas leakage. Finally, after couple of investigations, the service centre realized that there was a gas leakage in the compressor. Compressor is now replaced. However, the cooling/heating effect is still not satisfactory despite having spent many days in the workshop.

b) The vehicle has leakage of break oil. The service centre is still trying to investigate the point of leakage. The vehicle has already visited workshop thrice on this account.

c) The vehicle is giving a mileage of less than 8 Km per Liter of petrol. This is far below the expected level of 12 Km. per Liter.

My vehicle has already spent more time in garage than it has probably spent on road. I have been able to use it only for 2500 Km as I am unable to use this vehicle for inter-city movements. I am forced to hire taxies. For intra-city movement, there is hardly any movement of the vehicle.

Now I am having another problem. With many experiments and opening of machine by the workshop people (Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad) I find that break, clutch and accelerator pedals have become very lose. While driving, they give me a feeling of old vehicle. There is hardly any experience that one gets with new vehicle. Pick up has become weak and breaks take longer to stop the vehicle.

Worst - The problem with break oil leakage continues.

It is already a vehicle that has been intensely serviced by mechanics. I have already lodged many complaints with Maruti Service division (No. 9605681254 and HT20090117_0000000098). I wrote a letter to the MD on January 11. However, nothing seems to be working. I need help.
