Cheaters/ not at all trustworthy staff

I own a Wagon R 2003 model. i had gone for regular check up of the car on the 6th of nov 08.i evluated my car value from the true value desk (180, 000) as i was planning for a new car i thought its a good deal and i told the executive that iam interested in selling the car on the same day itself. i was told that they would require certain doc like RC, Invoice Copy and the Noc from the bank . i agreed and told that you can collect the papers the next day. there was some delay at there end and they had a holiday in between so the executive could not come on the next day, the days past by and finally the day came when the people from Maruti came with the Draft on the 13th nov 08. now when all documents were given to them suddenly the guys told they would require the orignal invoice as to the dealer from where i took the car Gautam is closed and they would not give me the payment till the time i hand over the orignal invoice, I was very un happy woth the last minute clause, i spoke to Mr Ved Prakash who is the manager and he was not able to explain any thing and had no solution to the problem and gave me the no of Mr Chawla who is there GM, But of no use as he had also no answer but said that because of the Vat if Iam ready to sell the car at 20k less to the price than we will take the car and get me the payment on which I felt that Iam not dealing with the right guys they are really cheaters . why should i take less amount when thae car is purchased from Maruti and i wish to re sell it to the same company. i have the photo copy of the invoice which i told can be notrised attested, but Mr chawla was not willing to listen and said its the policy matter and he would not be able to help. iI really fail to understand the delay from 6 to the 13th and then the last minute clause and the GM asking to reduce the cost of the car, these are some question which remain unanswered and i fell that i am some how been cheated with the trust i had for Maruti.
