Unreliable workmanship

Dear Sir,

This is regarding servicing of my car Registration no. MH-15BN 6231 Model:- Wagon-R Lxi

I had given my car for servicing to Seva automotive, Ambad, Nashik on 20 .02. it was a paid servicing and work to be done was Glass noise, and general check up.

Work was satisfactorily completed so at the end of the day I got my car.

On 28.02.2209 I was cleaning my car and found spare tyre was punctured so I had taken my car to the garage for repairs, when the punctured tyre was taken out for repairs it was found that there was a very big cut on tyre, it seems that my good tyre was replaced with damaged tyre by your service station people.

We are giving our vehicles to Maruty service centre on this faith that we will get our original parts back as it is, this is ridiculous thing.

You are requested to help me out to get my good conditioned original tyre back.
