Billing of higher price by the deale

I've purchased a new maruti Alto car from SB Motor Corporation, Rajahmundry (AP State), on 23/02. Quote was submitted based on Ex-showroom price for Rs 295118/- but invoice was submitted for Rs 282516/-. No proper reason was explained when enquired about the reason.

Also Rs 8786/- towards I year premium, was told as company offer which will be discounted from the total price, but after finding the facts, it was noticed that I've paid from my pocket.
