Citibank Auto Card Point redemption

Dear Sir,

This refers to redemption of credit points against my Citibank Auto Card which is due to expire on 31.12.2009. I visited Ratan Motors Govandi Service Station to get the points redeemed on Thursday 5th Nov it was informed that the machine is not working so i need to come the next day, or can visit showroon of Ratan Motors at Sion Trombay Road. I went to Ratan Showroom today & was informed that they can provide only "FREE AUTO-SERVICE" against the points.when asked if i can avail any free accessories against the points, they told me that they DO NOT provide ACCESSORIES against points, Can you please take up the issue with Maruti, as Citibank Customer Care, has confirmed that card holders can get accessories from any Maruti Authorised Service Center/Showroom. I own a Maruti Alto Lxi, bought from Navnit Motors, Thane in Oct.
