Non Delivery of Maruti Dezire

I have booked a Petrol D zire from the last one month. at the time of the booking it was promised by the Dealer Spectra Motors - Borivili (East) that the delivery will take 1 month . also the booking amount is not prescribed by MUL anywhere then why the disparity in acceptance of amounts at various Dealers & cities in India. The delay on delivery is infinite & undisclosed why can't a ISO company like MUL give a defenite date or pay us Interest on the booking amount for the dealyed period. There are no discounts, No Loyalty Bonus, No Accessories this is just pure gundaraaaj & mediocre Monopoly. The Govt. is riding on the demand for the car by harrasing the commom people like us who put their life savings to by so called " Dream Car ". Maruti should stand by their commitment of delivery promised of one month at the time booking.
