Front Wipers

I bought a new Alto LXi on 04.01.2008 and find that the wipers provided in the new vehicle do not clean the glass during the rains. This complaint was recorded when the vehicle was sent for services at the due intervals. The workshop people say they have attended to the same but the complaint persits.
