Sub: Serious repeated damages in engine mounting / foundation

Dear Sir,

With reference to above it is requested that I have purchased your company’s car model ‘Alto LXI.BS III’ from M/s Navneet Motors, Udaipur vide bill no. 50221-AR 4 CLD Dated 17.5.07 amounting to Rs. 295856.00 and Registered as no-RJ-27-CA 5021 .

After a run of 1280 Km only there was a serious break down & two nos. one side engine mounting bolt were damaged causing hanging of engine on another side two nos. bolts. Due to this there could be a fatal accident but by grace of god the car was in slow speed so no causality occurred.

I approach to your dealer M/s Navneet Motors with complain, instead of writing to Company for a such serious manufacturing defect they simply repaired it.

It is regretted to inform that the same break down was again occurred on Dated 30.5.08 with a run of 12381 km. My family was travelling in car but this time too it was running at slow speed so no one was injured. With complain I approach to dealer. Who simply repaired & charged to me for this faulty manufacturing defect.

Since repeating this type of fault as endangered life of my & my family so I am very much afraid of driving this car. In such circumstance I have no option except to request you for change of car due to this manufacturing defect.

An early & immediate action from your end is requested so that no mishappening again be happened while driving.
