Poor after sales service

I have purchased Alto Lxi from ALFA AUTOMOBILES, Faridabad in June. After 1st service, i have been facing problem with this car related to suspension, noises etc. I have send my car to Batra Auto company, Faridabad 3 to 4 times for the same complaint but it has not been resolved till date. Maruti should understand that customer time is also valuable. If they dont have skilled engineers then they should not support after sales service.
