Engine Oil Mixing Problem

I own a ALTO VXi 1.1L make Mar'04 (Single Owner) till now it has run 58000 Kms only. My car is having Problem of Engine oil mixing with Coolent. I took my car for this problem to Rana Motors, Okhla. They told me that it is a Engine Head probelm and It can't be corrected I'll have to get the Engine Head replaced which cost around 22 k (Approx.). And they have also admitted that it is a manufacturing defect. If it is a manufacturing defect than Compnay should replace it FOC. Why I have to pay for something which I have taken proper care of. Last month I have put up my Querie on Maruti Website and next vary day I recieved a call from Rana Motors saying that you give all the prevoius invoice (record) of your vehicle repair then we will see what we can do (Whether the Vehicle has been repaired for Head earlier or not). Which means I have to take few days leave from my job and then ask Dealers for old Invoices. That's not possible for me... maruti must do this excesice itself... its not my Job.
