Pathetic goods transportation service

I transferred my household goods from Chennai to Delhi and at the time of booking i was told that the goods will be delivered in 7 days. The booking agent, Mr Vinod also told me that there will be a penalty of Rs 500 per day if it delays. I was delighted to see professionalism and commitment. but guess what... days went by and there were no sign of goods...

I kept on following up with these guys again and again. I cancelled my travel plans thrice and finally the goods were delivered after 27 days and that too one glass table was missing... i was asked to pay the remaining amount before unloading of goods and when i mentioned about the penalty clause to Mr Anil Sharma in Mumbai, he completely refused on having such a policy. Nobody responded for my follow up on missing items forget about the concern for the trauma that i had to go through because of this delay.

All the representatives of this company are professional liars and will keep on giving excuses for delay and in the end you will find all that was false. Plzz..plzz... never opt for aakash packers and movers.. even if one person follows my advise after reading this, i think my purpose of teaching these guys a lesson will be fulilled.
