Problem in gear box of Wagon R LXI BS3 (CAR NO - DL3CAD9980)

I bought this car from Rohan Motors mathura road new delhi on 24th march and from the very first day their was a problem in shifing of gears in my car but every time thay do some thing or other and says that drive for some says and now the problem will be ractified but nothing had happned. So please help me as i am a salried person and i cant do anything about it.

Even the person fm Maruti Udyog Ltd had also confirm the problem and kept my car in rohan moters service center for 2 days 8 month back but still the problem is their.

So now what to do i really dont undrstand.

Please somebody help me.
