I own a maruti suzuki wagon lxi duo since december. during the 4th service, the dealer has faked and cheated me of rs 5149 when the vehicle was in actually good condition. after charging me so much now they are saying that the clutch plat is to be replaced and will cost me rs 4500 in addtn to what i have paid. the name of the sales agent is rajesh prasad and the dealer name is prakash auto pvt ltd ulhasnagar maharashtra. the job number is jco8004094 dt 24.1.09. action may be be iniated at the earliest against the dealer failing which i will go to the consumer court.
