Hi

I have purchased the M800 AC car on mid of Oct. I am not able to strat my car yesterday and server guy took my car. He told there was a problem in alternator due to this car battery got down.

This is the brand new car my question is how come all of sudden alternator problem occured. When i check with Popplular Service station in Chennai (Alwarthirunagar) they are also very surprised how this problem occured for new car...

Is that negligence in production and also quality check?

You may ask the problem comes under warrenty period so will replace the part. It is not the question of replacement it is the question of quality in producion.
