I purchased a SX4 Vxi on November 26 from Asha Motors, Bhuj. At the time of booking I had asked for Fog Lamps to be fitted on the car and paid additional Rs 4800/- for the same. Price as told by dealer for the Maruti Genuine Accessory (MGA). In April this year the Lamps went unserviceable. When I took the car for its second servicing I pointed out the problem to the service engineer at Tara Automobiles, Bathinda. To my dismay, the workshop refused to repair the fog lamps and advised that new lamps be fitted as the accessory was not genuine. This would have a financial effect of Rs 3900/-. To my amazement I had paid Rs 4800/- initially for the same.

The same was addressed to Maruti on their website, to which i got a prompt reply initially. Thereafter the complaint against the dealer seems to have gone to deaf ears. I would really be thankful if someone could advise where i should file this complaint.
