With a small accident we took our maruti swift car na MH-02-AL-8829 to authorised service center of maruti udyog, SPECTRA MOTORS LTD, Ramachandralane extn., Kanchpada, Malad west MUMBAI 400064, on 28thjune on inspection, service advisers of Spectra it was disided to claim cost form insurence compayM/s. Royal sundaram alliance insurence company ltd., since the RT.side miror, rear rt.door, and back bumpar has been badly damaged, it is to be repaced new. the time given for the work, by the person concerned was 4 to 5 days. after 5th day when we contacted Spectra people started giving excuses one or other, on requesting daily on 18th july they coled us to take delivery of our car, it was shoked to see our car such bad conditin that broken side mirror, which they have not replaced, insted of replacing rear rt.door, they badly repaired and painted, same was done with the bumpar this all thing to make M/s Spectra Motors, took 22 days hence we want to register complaints with Maruti Udyog to take necessary action, do the needfull to rectify the damege done to us.
