I gave my wagor R (registration no KA-05-M-2838) for it's second service to Garuda Autocraft service centre. Since 2 of the mudflaps had fallen, i requested them to replace the same. They have charged me for 4 Pieces as against 2. Inspite of my repeated requests that this was not correct, they kept repeating that they get in 4 pieces. I even informed them that a customer will always come with 1 or 2 replacements and not all 4 at a time as this probability is very less. But they said that Maruti is selling in sets of 4 and i should buy the same.

i do not understand why Maruti is doing sucg gross injustice to a customer. Why sould i buy more spares which is not required for my car. Which logic satiosfies this requirement. Maruti can also make single packs and sell them in pieces.

My JVC music system was fitted at the time of my car delivery on 21st Feb, 09. Now after 6 months, FM radio was not working and the reception was very bad. I informed them to check this. They said there was a wire which requires reattachment and that they would replace the whole antennae. I have a JVC guarantee card for one year but they are still insisting that the whole antennae is to be replaced and it would cost Rs 250. I am unable to understand why this is being charged.

Garuda Autocraft service centre is cheating me. Please help
