Maruti Van OMNI MPI STD BSIII
Complaint not being attended

I purchased a Maruti VAN OMNI MPI STD BSIII from M/S Jeewan Motors (P) Ltd, Bhopal on 26/10 vide Invoice No: VSL07001426 dated : 26/10. I vehicle had back sliding door noise problem from the day of purchase. Said problem was registered with M/S Jeewan Motors (P) Ltd, Bhopal Workshop twice in my first 2 free services vide Job Card No: JC07011694/Dt: 13/11 & JC07016344/Dt: 02/02. But, inspite of my personal request and persuasion the problem remain unattended and I’m having serious problem in running the vehicle on regular basis.

I request to look into the matter and resolve the problem urgently.
