I am not getting my car serviced after 34 days

I had given Maruti WagonR car (Regn No. AP9BH 3001) (Chassis No. 500968) (Engine No. 4324837) for servicing on 10th October to Varun Motors Pvt. Ltd, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Inda due a accident. First 25 days they are not even bothered about the car, after that they satrted repairing the same. But now after 34 also the car is not repaired fully. According to them they are not having time to do the repair the car. I dos'nt even know when they will get time to repair the car.
