MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Dear Sir, I have purchased the Wagon-R from DHRU Motors, Adajan, Surat on 12.12.2008. The registration No. GJ-5CK 8879. The defect regarding there is gap between BUMPER AND TAIL LIGHT noticed before 2 to 3 days. I have contacted the DHRU MOTORS, Adajan, immediately. They visited my house and verify the vehicle and they blamed on me that this car has been met with an accident and avoid to solve the problem. I have contacted their main office at Udhna Service Station. And I meet personally with the in charge of Udhna Service Station Mr. Shah. He also avoid to solve the problem and adivsed to file claim through Insurance. I have argued that why should claim illegal way with Insurance Company when there is no accident in fact it is manufacturing defect. There is no scratched noticed on the bumper. You are requested to please replace the defective bumper and advised the dealer/agent not to misguide and not to compel the work illegally to the customers. If the response not received, I have reserved my rights to go to solve the problem in a legal way. Hope for early response at your end.
