Unsatisfactory service by service Cente

My Maruti Wagon-R (Duo) was sent for 5th (Paid) service at Viputal Motors, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and the driver complained that there are some noise. After inspection Bill No. BC09000234 dt 24.6.2009 was issued. We went to Bikaner and during our trip at High way it was noticed that there are some noise. After returning from Bikaner complaint was lodged to Ms Pushpa that there are some noise. She asked to send the car. We sent our car and it was told that brake pad and brake disc of front wheels are needs to be changed and bill No. BC09000473 dated 2.7.2009 was issued.

On an enquiry from the Service station it was told that brake pads need to be changed after 150 Km. Mr Lokesh asked me to talk to the mechanic who attended our car, but no use.

It shows that your service centre is not looking after the car, there was every scope of mishappening. Pl do the needful and inform.
