Engine knocks, vibrates and backfires

I have purchased wagonR duo in December. Initially, it was running well and I couldn't find any difference in running on petrol and LPG except on upslope with AC running when car gets slowed down. But after one and half years, car started knocking while shifting gears up which later developed into backfire in air filter. Because of this backfire, filter's fixtures broke down. At service centre, mechanic found that two of the fuel injectors got choked. After cleaning the same, problem seemed to be resolved but after 7-8 days, same problem resurfaced. Now car vibrates like old diesel cars even driving with petrol and backfires with LPG.
