I purchased my Maruti wagon R Duo from Mithra Agency, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad branch, on Sept. Since then I am regularly facing problem in the gear shifting, pick up and mileage in petrol mode. Time and again I made several complains at their workshops, and every time they assured me that it will be rectified, but to my disappointment it was never rectified and they have taken the matter for granted. And now the warranty period is coming to an end and they will give an excuse that that since the warty period is expired and I need to bear the expenses for the repair.

Every time they say that, since they don’t have the time and manpower available and as the problem needs to evaluated vey closely I need to bring my vehicle some other time or else I need to take their main workshop which in the outskirts of the city.

I am totally confused as to what to do.
