Service not done properly

I had given my car AP09AZ2920 for servicing to Patel Motors on 20th Nov. One of the major complains was low average. The vehicle was picked up serviced and returned back with an amount of Rs. 3395 billed for the service.

To my horror, I found that the 1st gear was very difficult to engage whereas 2nd was not at engaging. There was no problem of this type before!

I called back the service center and they picked up the car and sent back the next day, with an additional bill of Rs. 580!

The worst part is the average is still the same (~8 Km/Lit), compared to about 15 in normal course.

I am of the opinion that seeing the number plate of another state, the service person has only tried to make a neat profit. While I am poorer by ~Rs. 4000, the status of the car remains the same.
