Didnt fix the engine properly

My vehicle had a major repair done at INDUS MOTORS, KALAMASSERY about 5-6 months back.those idiots didn't fix its engine properly.yesterday it fall down.i dont know what these beggars r doing there.they took almost 2 months to repair that.what to do.i am planning to file a case in consumer court.i had to pay almost 15k for repair.i have been different cars for the last 8 years.and have never seen such an irresponsible action from any of service centre.such action is actually a disgrace to Maruti Udyog Ltd.i even doubt whether they have changed that engine.i doubt the integrity and honesty of this service station.such an action is never expected from a station which is owned by a reputed representative of people.
