Maruti Wagon R MH 01 AA 1860
MONTHLY EMI

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had signed the agreement for CAR Loan for Maruti Wagon R MH 01 AA 1860 on 25th October and it was informed by Ms. Asita (Mahendra Finance) Excutive from Sai Service that my EMI will start from December as 1st Installment was taken in advance. I received the monthly EMI chart on that the date was mentioned for 25th November and I had put the request to change the date for 7th instead of 25th as I had received delivery of Car on 2nd November Ms. Asita told me that she has process the request and will be sanctioned by the month of December so the first installment of 25th Nov I had to pay.

Please note, after making several calls for above subject there was no reply from her neither from your good bank. And in the month of March it was informed by her that they can’t change the date, I had no choice than to accept it.

Yesterday i.e. 11th June I check with my account in UTI and it was informed to me that last month EMI is not yet gone, It’s not due to us because their was enough balance in my account for the same.

Request you to please let us know the reason for the above.
