Front Portion of the Car Wobbles Excessively

While driving at slow speeds less than 20 Kmph, the car wobbles laterally (in the horizontal plane) and has a springy & bouncy feeling (Literally bouncing in succession). The dealer (Vitesse, Mumbai) simply declared that there is no problem with the car. I can bet upon this that even if a total amateur person was to drive this car, he would say that it is actually wobbling abnormally. I have been fighting with this dealer for almost a year now on this issue and no one seems to help. I am unable to contact anyone at Maruti either. The contacts I know at Maruti do not reply to mails sent at least 3 times till now.

The worst thing is that when I took the car to other Maruti dealer and we had a test drive, they immediately acknowledged that there was a problem with the car.

Does anyone at Maruti Care? How do I escalate my problem to some senior authority at Maruti?
