POOR SERVICE AT ROHAN GHAZIABAD UP

I DID SERVICE OF MY CAR IN FEB. 2008 AT ROHAN MOTORS GHAZIABAD.AFTER SERVICE THEY WERE MORE CONCERC WITH THE THINGS (DECARBONISATION ETC) WHICH ARE NOT TOUGHT PREVIOUSLY BY THEMEITHER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR AT ANY SERVICE BEFORE .

LAST NIGHT ON 23/03/08 I WAS DRIVING FROM GHAZIABAD TO NOIDA (18 KM) AND SUDDENLY I FOUND MY HEATING NEEDLE GOING UP THEN NORMAL, I TRIED THE MOBILE OF SERVICING ADVICER OF ROHAN MOTORS BUT HE COULD NOT PICKED U PHONE. I MANNAGED TO REACH MY HOSPITAL AND ABOUT ONE HOUR AFTER THAT FELLOW RINGED ME BACK, THEN I TOLD WHOLE STORY TO HIM HE ADVICED LET THECAR BE COOLED AND CHECK IN THE MORNING FOR COOLENT / WATER.IN THE MORNING I FOUND ABOUT 2 LIT. WATER SHORT IN RADIATOR.

NOW MY GRIVENCE IS THAT WHY DID ROHAN MOTORS NOT CHECKED ALL THESE BASIC THINGS AT THE TIME OF SERVICE IN FEB. 2008. THEY WERE MORE FOCUSED ON THE NEW THING TO PROMOTE INSTEED OF BASIC THINGS.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE.PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
