Short circuit while starting the ca

Owning an 8 months old Maruti Suzuki Wagon R VXi in Bangalore. This has happened thrice in the past 1 month. It doesn't happen always. Coincidentally it happened whenever I left the car idle for close to 24 hrs. If I leave the car idle on a Sunday, Monday morning the fuse goes off when I start. It is always the fuse with 15 on it. It is in the fuse box close to the right front door under the dash board. If I change the fuse the first start is good. If I switch off and switch on, it again goes off. This is happening only after the second free service. I took it to an authorized service center; they are clueless. What can be the reason? How do I take this up with Maruti directly?
