MARUTI WAGON R (VXI)
VEHICLE NOT REPAIRED IN TIME

Sir,

I had given my accidental vehicle no. UK08 K 4703 Wagon R Model to M/s Shakumbari Automobiles, Haridwar on the 29.09.2009. It was promised by the workshop incharge Mr. Abhishek Bhardwaj to handover the vehicle to me within 10 days but when I went after 10 days they made an excuse that the Muslim Labour which repairs the vehicle is on leave. On my next visit they made another excuse that due to Diwali festival (17.10.2009) repairing of vehicle is impossibe. Around 10 days back I had handed over new seat covers to Mr. Abhishek Bhardwaj & Mr. Lakshmi. After a lot of follow ups & requests with the concerned people I was called yesterday on Monday to collect my vehicle but when I had gone to collect it today I observed that the vehicle was OK from outside but from inside it was horrible. The glass pieces which spreaded over during accident are still not removed. The seat covers which I had given were put on seats in torn condition. A/C of the car was not working. The backdoor was not painted properly from inside & the monogram which was stuck on the back door was of LXI instead of VXI. The components of my car like Power steering pump, other harnesses & the new dash board were all thrown aside like vegetables. I have clicked the pictures of the same. One mechanic in the workshop says that the clutch plate of the car is not working properly & the other one says that it is working properly. Now it has been more than 48 days & my vehicle has not been handed over to me till today. I have logged acomplaint over phone also & the complaint no. is 1948190581. I have spent & waisted my precious time in this matter but did not find any result. Even today my 4 hours got waisted. Please don't force me to go to the consumer courts. I had never expected such things from Maruti which has its own brand name in India.

Request you to help me out to deliver me the vehicle without waisting any more time.
