Paint of the car spoiled

in just three and half year the paint of my new marurti zen car (model 2005) started coming out of roof and gradually spread at the back and front. i had filed the complaint in oct. after having lot of communication with co. and inspection done i had not received any satisfactory reply from the reputed co. like maruti.pl. guide
