I am complaining against Maruti Service Masters - Okhla Induatrial Area - New Delhi for the third time because whenever I give my vehicle (PB10BL4977) for repairing, I receive it in a wirst condition. First time they kept my vehicle for a month but of no use. I returned it again and a bill amt of Rs. 36000/- in advance. Engineers have repaired it twice but not to the satisfactory mark. Now I am scared of driving my vehicle as the alignment of the vehicle is not correct. It had been taken care of by them but I am facing the same problem again and again. May I ask you why is this happening.
A small request for the last and final time as I am really fed up of complaining but don't find any other option too. PLEASE GET MY VEHICLE ALIGNMENT DONE IN A PROPER MANNER.
