I had purchased one Zen Estilo Maruti car on 31-12 from Sandhu Automobiles Ludhiana and from the day one of the purchase the car is not giving smooth ride and it appears that it is having certain suspension problem as it gives unusual noise while passing over a slight rough road. I have many times approached Stan Wheels ferozepur road Ludhiana but they have failed to find any solution to the said problem. The service personal at the said workshop agree with the problem but are unable to solve the same. I have on 16-08 written a complaint in the visitors book at stan wheels (as no complaint book was being maintained by them) but no satisfactory steps have been taken to solve the problem. They have also now refused to give me the photocopy of my complaint which they promised to give at the time of writing of the complaint. Kindly help me out in getting the copy of my complaint and solution to car problem.
