Auto lock and Keyless entry

I purchased Maruti Zen Estilo in November. Everything was going fine. Today, I saw that the doors did not auto lock when I go over 20 KPH (as it used to do). Moreover, the key remote is also not working. What could be the problem? How can I solve it?

I bought it from Dhaka, Bangladesh from Uttara Motors, who are the sole importer and distributor of Maruti India in Bangladesh.
